QUALITY ASSURANCE AND CONTROL

All steps of the manufacturing process are documented in our Quality Assurance System, certified ISO 9001 by Det Norske Veritas. We have integrated Production Planning and Control software installed on the network. In this way, the functions of quality assurance and control are jointly managed with those of engineering, production, purchasing, warehouses, reception and dispatch.

Full traceability

Each component of a FAVRA valve has an inspection and test plan detailing the controlled parameters and the respective instruments. All valves are subjected to pressure tests in accordance with the applicable regulations and any specific customer specifications. This allows us to provide traceability of our products and their components.
